Now, the most active players in the club can recover part of their lost funds back to their player account! The cashback percentage depends on your loyalty status.

Players with Amateur, Experienced, Pro and Master statuses receive 5% cashback, while players with Legend status enjoy an increased 10% cashback.

Active players in the club now enjoy even more benefits! In addition to exchanging points for money at the most favorable rate, players can also receive a partial refund of their losses. So if luck happens to turn away from you for a moment, we won’t leave you without a pleasant financial compensation.

Cashback Rules

• Cashback is available to players with at least Amateur status in the loyalty system. Players with Amateur, Experienced, Pro and Master statuses receive 5% cashback, while Legend status players receive 10% cashback.
• Funds are calculated and credited to a separate “Cashback” balance automatically once a week – on Fridays between 6:00 and 7:00 UTC.
• Note: Cashback is granted only on the amount lost by the player. It does not apply to lost bonus funds. “Bonus funds” mean any funds credited to the player’s bonus balance, including refunded amounts.
• If the player is not in loss for the billing period (the player is winning), the cashback is not credited.
